DINNER MENU

Below is the menu we have planned for our wedding. Please take a look to ensure you'll be able to meet your dietary restrictions. You will be asked to decide your entrée when you RSVP.

VG = vegetarian; V = vegan; GF = gluten free

Hors D’oeuvres for Cocktail Hour

  • Charcuterie Table

  • Mushroom Ragout - VG (crispy leeks, comté, wonton cup)

  • Pigs in a Blanket

  • Cauliflower Taco - GF, V (chipotle romesco, cilantro)

  • Salmon Gateau (lemon-garlic tahini, herbed crêpe, smoked salmon mousse, salmon roe)

  • Marinated Tuna (soy marinade, sesame seeds, mango gel, crispy rice)

Seated Dinner - Starter

  • Pear Salad - V (roasted red anjou pears, roasted acorn squash, wheat berries, arugula, parsley lemon vinaigrette)

Seated Dinner - Entrée Options

  • Tortellini - VG (honeynut squash puree, roasted squash, brown butter fondue, candied pecans, pepitas)

  • Pan Seared Sea Bass - GF (kohlrabi, gai lon, spicy jam, coconut crema, herb oil)

  • Grilled Flank Steak - GF (duck fat potatoes, green strawberry relish, leek confit, blistered shishito peppers, watercress)

Dessert Bites Station - A table of small dessert bites for you to take as you please.

  • Pomegranate Crêpe Cake - VG

  • Saffron Poached Pear and Pistachio Tart - GF, VG (white wine poached pears, pistachio pastry cream)

FAQs

Hey Abby & Richard, what does the dress code of "funky formal" actually mean?

We want to you to have fun and feel comfortable at our wedding but encourage you to dress up. Generally colour, sequins, velvet, patterns are fair game but please we ask for no white dresses.

Do I have to stay at one of the hotel blocks?

Nope!

If you'd prefer to find your own accommidation and stay elsewhere in the city you're welcome to! Feel free to stay with friends or hotels elsewhere in the city, we just wanted to provide options for you.

Some of the locations are TBD, whats up with that?

We've figured out all of the locations (and thought we'd updated the website accordingly)! If you see a "TBD" please let us know so we can fix it!

Can I bring my children to the wedding?

Please be aware that this is an adults-only wedding. We thank you for your understanding.
